In accordance with government guidelines, William & Son will be reopening the flagship showroom on Monday 15th June and will be operating with reduced opening hours.
The safety and well-being of our clients is paramount. Therefore we will be taking the necessary precautions to ensure that all safety measures are adhered to through the implementation of the following new procedures:
1.
Masks and gloves are available on request for clients.
2.
Clients will be asked to use hand sanitiser provided on entering the shop.
3.
Clients are requested to observe social distancing and signage will be throughout the store as a reminder.
4.
As you know part of the beauty of our products is the “touch and feel” of them, during this period we still want our clients to be able to take part in this experience, therefore, if clients pick items up, the products will be thoroughly cleaned after the customer has left.
5.
Clients should be encouraged to try on and feel items however our staff will, unfortunately, be unable to help them due to social distancing rules. The changing room, if used, will be thoroughly cleaned after use.
6.
Clients can use the lift if required and as a family group they can all get in together. Staff members use the stairs. After clients have used the lift, it will be thoroughly cleaned.
7.
We would prefer if payments were made by card in order to minimise contact between clients and staff.
During this time our Mayfair store will be running revised opening hours:
Monday – Friday 11am – 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
