William & Son Temporary Store Closure

The health and safety and wellbeing of our clientele and staff is our utmost priority. Due to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), William & Son have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close the retail store as of 18:00 on 19th March until 6th April when we are hoping to reopen.

For as long as we can, we will endeavour to continue our online offering as well as continuously updating our digital and social channels including our online store at, our Instagram @WilliamAndSon. Please visit these for the latest information and updates.

Is still operating?

Our website is fully operational, and we continue to deliver to over 130 countries. We will also continue to connect with our customers through our social channels.

Will my order arrive on time?

During this period it may take a little longer than usual for your items to get to you, we aim to have UK and EU orders delivered within 5 working days and up to 10 working days for the Rest of the World.

Will you extend your returns policy if I am unable to return my order in time?

Yes, we are extending our returns policy to 28 days after our store reopens. All other aspects of our Returns & Refunds policy remain the same.

Is Click & Collect still available?

Our Click & Collect service is currently unavailable during the temporary closure of our store. This service will resume as soon as our store reopens.
